We wanted a name that said something true about how we work. Where you find alders, you often find ferns. The alder roots deep and improves the ground it grows in. The fern thrives in the shelter it gives. Neither one is the hero. They simply do better side by side. Buying or selling a home is the same kind of partnership. It is rooted in relationships, built on trust, and goes best when we walk beside you instead of ahead of you. Steady when things move fast. Close by when it matters. And we try to leave every relationship stronger than we found it.
A home is one of the larger chapters in anyone's story, and buying or selling one should be treated that way rather than as a transaction. The market moves quickly. The decisions along the way matter. Our job is to make sure you understand each one before you make it.

The team is led by Tyson Leavitt, who spent his career in entertainment, at Disney and in the theatre, most recently as an executive and managing producer. His work was bringing people together to tell stories that connect us with each other. He builds this team the same way: the right people, each doing what they do best, working toward one result for you.
